At Civil Metal Works, we understand that sometimes customers may change their minds after making a purchase. If this happens, you may return the item within 15 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the product must remain unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging. Please note that used or damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.
2: Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, Civil Metal Works requests that you notify us within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing your request, we will arrange a return pickup at no additional cost. Once the issue is verified, we will send you a replacement product without any extra charges, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free resolution.
3: Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product, please inform Civil Metal Works within 7 days of receiving your order. We will take full responsibility for the return shipping and ensure that the correct item is delivered to you as quickly as possible. Our goal is to make the exchange process simple and efficient for our customers.

Civil Metal Works offers refunds only for items that meet the conditions outlined in our return policy. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds are typically processed within two weeks and will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
2: Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds at Civil Metal Works. These include gift cards and products clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase. Customers are advised to review product details carefully before completing their order to avoid any inconvenience regarding non-refundable items.

At Civil Metal Works, we offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you receive such a product, please contact us within the specified time so we can arrange a smooth exchange process without any additional inconvenience ,If you wish to exchange a product for a different item based on personal preference, you will need to return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures proper order processing and product availability.

It is advised to please make a short video of the package/parcel while receiving (unboxing video) in order to the eligible for a return/refund/replacement. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
